Average residential project is returned in three to five days.

Larger commercial projects may take up to 1 week.

Single-trade projects can be done overnight.

Pricing:

Simple single-trades (flooring, roofing) are done for $20/hour or in bulk at agreed per project rates.

Full project takeoffs for $25/hour, both residential and light commercial

Delivery format:

We provide in an excel format which include material breakdown and pricing.

We provide Software Source file and markups as well.

Accuracy:

Estimates are created utilizing labor rates, average hourly rates, and actual materials quotes.

We accommodate contractor specific pricing in which we create a template specific to each subcontractor’s actual rates. Thus, automatically pricing jobs for subcontractors with consistency.
