Larger commercial projects may take up to 1 week.
Single-trade projects can be done overnight.
Simple single-trades (concrete, flooring, roofing, drywall etc.) are done for $20/hour or in bulk at agreed per project rates.
Full project takeoffs for $25/hour, both residential and light commercial.
We also have clients who work with us on monthly rates.
